We have reinstalled the local access numbers (LAN's), to replace the toll free numbers for access to the network, click here to find your LAN.

Network Upgrade

As we convert our services to our new platform, here are a few helpful hints and suggestion for our customers:
  1. Calling card instructions - If you are having issues with your local access number please visit here to find your local access number.
  2. Auto-Recharges - Our auto-recharge function has been temporarily disabled. If you would like to reactive it immediately, please follow these easy steps:
    1. Review the new rates, terms and conditions as shown on this website
    2. Email us at cs@wfone.net. Include in the body of the email, "I authorize WFone to auto recharge my calling card using my credit card ending in, (insert last 4 digits) whenever my account balance is below $3.00. I agree to the new minimum auto recharge amount of $10.00".
    3. Alternatively you may call customer service to recharge your calling card at 1-888-421-4999.
  3. Additional Minutes - If you have been unable to reach Customer Service, please email us at cs@wfone.net. Include in the body of the email, "I authorize WFone to charge credit card ending in, (insert last 4 digits) in the amount of (insert amount). The new minimum amount is $10.00".
  4. Difficulty making a phone call - Our platform upgrade has created some minor problems in reaching some destinations which we are working hard to resolve. Please email the specific issue to Customer Service at cs@wfone.net.
  5. Minute Balance - If you recently purchased minutes and they are not in your minute balance it is probably due to transitioning from one system to another. Please email your issue to Customer Service at cs@wfone.net
  6. Voice Mail Instructions - Our new system we has many new features, including fax. The prompts and instructions have changed. Please follow the instructions carefully to use your system effectively and to set up your new password.

Beginning December 1, 2010, calling card recharges are subject to expiration 30 days after purchase. Additionally, some local access numbers have been eliminated. Please use 888-634-3356. We are no longer accepting new customers for this offer.

November 18, 2010
Beginning November 18, 2010, WFone has had to make significant increases in most domestic and international rates. Please click on rates to check our new rates. Also you can contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns.

April 1, 2010
WFone has had to institute a 15% increase to all call destinations. Every year, carriers who sell calling card and paging services are required to pay fees to the Universal Service Fund, administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company ("USAC"). Due to increasing costs, we no longer can absorb this fee.
